Mary Lou VanDeusen
Mary Lou has lived in the Green Bay area for most of her life and has firsthand experience buying and selling businesses. As a female business owner, successful entrepreneur, and business intermediary, she brings a unique perspective to Creative Business Services.
Mary Lou has personally owned, operated, and sold a number of businesses. She was a charter member of the Home-Based Business Association of Green Bay.
After Michael Schwantes assisted her in selling one of her businesses, he recruited her to work at CBS-Global as an independent business intermediary, specializing in the main street sales.
Today she successfully leverages her 25+ years as a successful, hands-on entrepreneur in the art, restaurant, and computer consulting industries. In addition, she employs her decades of accumulated business contacts for the benefit of her clients. Through her extensive network, she is able to assist those looking to buy or sell a business.
While her niche is in the areas of restaurants, hospitality, assisted living centers, and rehab homes, she enjoys working with a wide range of businesses. She finds that working as a business broker allows her to gain tremendous insight into both the regional and national economies.
Mary Lou loves to travel. She and her husband have seven grandchildren. When not helping business owners, she enjoys outdoor activities ranging from hiking and fishing to boating.
